Art Scouts 2017 ~ Professional Development for Art Teachers

Are you looking for a terrific HANDS ON professional development for Art Teachers? Look no more! Art Scouts 2017 is now open for registration.  I can tell you that CassieGinger,  Jennifer and I are super stoked. We can’t hardly wait to head to Montgomery Bell State Park, located in Burns, Tennessee, roll up our sleeves and introduce you to brand new projects that are all about making big messes with little people. We are offering two options for Art Scouts this summer:

The 2-day workshop is $275 and includes 4 different Art Scout leaders! Cassie Stephens the clay guru, Ginger Pacer your fiber arts queen, Jennifer Alvarado master of using art materials in a unique way and myself, Laura Lohmann, the painted paper pro who will be having a painting pizazz. There will be break out sessions for intense hands on learning so you’ll feel confident in teaching these arts to your students. Plus, we will have fun, cooperative group projects created throughout the camp.

Here’s the schedule:

Important Information

A certificate will be issued at the end of the workshop for 12 CEU’s

I am so excited to be attending this summer. I was wondering if there was anyway I could get a supply list. I have to complete my purchase orders for next year by May 19 and I want to make sure I have materials I need to replicate projects with my students. Thanks so much.
